in fact i didnt ask them for a supervisor review just asked abt my case status and if they accepted my AOS..the oper said everything looks fine and we got everything we need from you ..!!

Please advice for below!!

I have completed DS 261 on 13th and its showing completed and AOS bill invoiced and Paid, now its showing Paid. should we get any confirmation email about DS261 for accepted or any other thing.. still it is displaying COMPLETED in my account. Just now now i clicked on it and Re-submitted (signed again).. is it fine???

Please help me . i am little worried

I have completed DS 261 on 13th and its showing completed and AOS bill invoiced and Paid, now its showing Paid. should we get any confirmation email about DS261 for accepted or any other thing.. still it is displaying COMPLETED in my account. Just now now i clicked on it and Re-submitted (signed again).. is it fine???

The DS-261 does not change to anything else. It will continue to say completed. The only ways to find out your ds-261 was accepted is to call NVC, or you will receive an e-mail or once your IV fee gets invoiced.

Just when I'd completely given up on receiving my ENROLL acceptance email I get it this morning! So I sent my email on April 18 and got the confirmation on May 21, that is more than 30 days -.- This is what they sent me:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: MTLXXXXXXXXXX filed by PETITIONER'S NAME on behalf of BENEFICIARY'S NAME.

Reminder all documents and forms should only be sent toNVCElectronic@state.gov.

This case is now enrolled in the Electronic Processing Program.

The additional email addresses submitted with the enrollment email were added to our records.

Please note that all forms and documents that we request and require in the future must be scanned copies of the originals. The applicant must present all original forms and documents to the consular officer at their visa interview. Failure to present the required originals at the visa interview will result in a denial or delay in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.

We received the Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment(s) for this case. You must now download and complete the Affidavit of Support form(s). Please visit the following website to download the appropriate Affidavit of Support form(s) and instructions:

I submitted mine as date as yours and also paid and sent my AOS, after you said this I went to check on mine and it did the same thing. I states completed, but I can review it and submit it again. I submitted it again just in case, but I will call later today or maybe tomorrow to see if it has been accepted.

you are good... there is no need to wait for anything, once you see the iv bill pay it and send the iv package in and wait for case complete once you have also completed the ds 260 .

Guys there is no need to go in and re-submit your DS-261 forms. It never says accepted, it will always just say completed. By re-submitting you might be delaying your IV fee. The only way you will know it is accepted is if you call to ask or when your IV fee is invoiced.
