Called NVC, after been place on hold for 36minutes, I spoke with a lady called Abbey or Abbi and was told they received my case file April 28th but no case number yet, told me to wait for the usual 30 days. So sad......

No way call tonight and twice a day if you can, mine was invoiced in the morning yours might be later in the day who knows. Your at the time where you should be calling every day, I did Mine was accepted on April 8 and invoiced at NVC today May 20 Th. So call, call, call.

Welp, checklisted. I sent the I-864EZ.. and did not enter the place of residence (if different from mailing address). No other problems with the numbers, however.

Booooo.

Hey guys just FYI- I'm taking a step back from the forums for a while. I've become a visa monster. I'm making myself miserable obsessing so much over this. I'm going to stay away from the forum and call once a week until I get some info. When I do, I'll come and post here what happened.

Just got my NVC case number today (or yesterday, not sure. Didn't have it last Friday either way). Anyway, I got the case number and IIN number. My attorney has been notified as well. I just sent the enroll e-mail but I've been hearing that it takes awhile for them to even get around to enrolling you Anyway, anyone have a recent example to go off of?

We are an MTL beneficiary, so I sent the "ENROLL MTLXXXXXXXXX" e-mail to the NVCElectronic e-mail and received the following response:

This email is an auto response. Please do not respond.

Dear Sir or Madam,

This email address collects scanned forms and documents ONLY. We do not respond to inquiries from this email. If you submitted scanned forms and documents, we will send you more instructions as soon as we review your case.

If you did not submit scanned forms or documents, we will delete your email. If you have a question about your case, please contact us by email or phone.

Be sure to include the following information with each inquiry:

* Your case number;

* The Principal applicant's name and date of birth;

* The Petitioner's name; and

* If your visa petition is employment-based, the employer's company or organization name.

oh man!!! that sucks!! your AOS was entered on the 30th, so maybe I will hear something in the next couple of days hopefully no checklist though

You're absolutely right Saylin. I just went through my old emails and "discovered" that I was actually put into AP for 5 weeks for the previous J1 visa. The later 13-month AP for the B1/B2 visa must've completely driven it out of my mind!

Will I be breaking a record if I went into AP for a third time?

I don't think so they enjoy putting Mena into AP way to much to abandon the practice SOB's!

Just completed my ds-260????.sent all documents already just waiting for nvc to review and cc.hopefully no checklists.
