I started this immigration process March 25,2013. so I've been waiting longer than 1 year. its been 1 year and 1month, currently.

don't know if anyone else had this problem but. my husband got pcc from bangalore and it was shipped and delivered to nvc on may 9. when i called nvc on may 15, they stated that they received the package on may 12. but then i called yesterday, may 19. and the rep stated they have have a packet from may 12 and then they received another packet on may 16. but my husband only sent one package with the copy of the passport with the pcc stamped and the original pcc document... so i'm clueless as to what the second package is.. anyways all of our other documents were accepted. got checklisted for his court record, which we submitted and they accepted and then received another checklist on may 13, regarding pcc, which they have already, so when it is a good day for me to call to hear the words case complete? any suggestions. we have been patient, and it has been hard... not easy. thanks to fellow vj'ers for your assistance and input.

I logged in now for AOS payment and I get a strange message:

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

I am sure this is an error and did anyone else got this message? I guess I have to call them again and I hope its just an error message.

This is a good sign. They are inputting your case into the system.

after reviewing it 100 times, having 3 of my sisters look it over, and looking at it again, losing some hair and gaining some weight, I finally emailed my AOS packet today.

i'd be happy with a july interview :)

it took about 3 weeks for my AOS to be approved

Many times it didn't work for me google voice and then I used Skype and it worked. Who knows why, I am waiting for you to get your enroll email ( I am watching you , LOL)

I've given up on waiting for acceptance email, I don't know if it's a problem with the information I provided in the initial email or something else but they don't seem to have a record of it. I'm just going to email my documents in when they are ready to go. (Problems with joint sponsors and petitioners documents - don't ask :unsure: )

It was a tough time for sure, especially for her. She already went through a lot before that diagnosis, and was sort of a veteran. She's a cancer survivor now and doing great and can't wait to resettle for good under the Colorado skies.

Glad to see you got your case# by the way. I'll call early Friday for mine.

I'm so very happy things worked out and your wife is doing great, God bless her your children and you, you have been through so much. I pray the rest of this journey is a smooth one. Colorado, nice :) sweet place to live.
