May I ask a silly question?

Does NVC always schedule interviews 30 days or more after CC? I've seen everyone getting June interviews and I checked Dwheels' spreadsheet, and it seems that way. I thought that since Buenos Aires embassy has very little inmigrants my interview date would be right away after CC. How wrong am I?

Sounds about right to me since it all depends on the Embassy and the country it is in. Some take months to get an interview others right away. But hope you get yours very soon. Love Argentina lovely country and people.

Unfortunately, he was being Mr. Nasty Pants, as the first two lines of the letter say something about allowing them 30 days before inquiring....

Yea, Arthur has a very "blah" personality. I guess he didn't get the memo about better customer service...

So after what felt like a never ending wait for our eMail to be acknowledged given that we had opted for EP we have received our

CASE COMPLETE ON MAY 1st 2014!

Confirmed this morning via a telephone call to the good people who staff the NVC. No interview date yet, though hoping for June.

We send our hopes for a quick conclusion to All of you as well!

I think NVC will probably receive your case next Monday or Tuesday.

I hate to disappoint you, but don't expect a fast delivery service from NSC. I guess you already know that.

Haha no worries. I have learned to not disappoint myself with USCIS/NVC. I am also thinking that our case will arrive Monday or Tuesday, based on how long yours took to arrive.

I spoke with a young girl named Kendall tonight. She is one of the nicest reps at NVC, no doubt. She spoke with a supervisor, and since it has been 5 business days, they acknowledge something is wrong. They say their system says "Pending" even though I see "in process". This means the system is TRYING to process the payment. Only God knows what glitch there is. They say they will look for the screenshot I sent as well. I told them that I'm not the only one, either. Let's hope they resolve this mess for all of us soon.

Oh wow! I send the email too with a screeen shot of my payment.. Lets just hope for the best..

Hi guys , I received IV bill on 4/24/14 and paid IV Fee on a same day, my bank cleared the transaction on 4/26 /14 but NVC payment status still showing IN PROCESS. If any body is familiar with this situation , please guide me .Thanks !

We are on the same boat dear.. I sent them email with a sreenshot of my payment bank statement, i hope that will work.. According to one vjers its not just us, there's a couple of people experiencing the same thing..

We should also add that we are grateful for the support and guidance received from the many wonderful people who inhabit this site.

While we are not one of the more prolific posters, we have visited often. The information, thoughtfully composed and written guides and wiki’s (thank you Saylin and all others who have and continue to contribute) have proven an invaluable resource and have allowed us to move through our time at the NVC without any “real” checklists.

But most of all we appreciate each and every one of you who are on this journey with us. You have been the source of more comfort and understanding then one could ever hope or expect to receive from a “stranger.” We acknowledge you and send our very best to you and those you love!

On a very happy note, I too have come to say that we've officially received a case complete today, as well! I spoke to Gus this evening (who is probably the best representative I've spoken to of all the times I've called the NVC - charming, funny, and very personable), who gave us the good news.

I'm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that everyone else sees their journey at the NVC come to an end quickly. It's so hard to stay strong through this entire process, but we're doing it, and it's just a true testament to the love and dedication we have to those we love.

Now to eagerly await our interview date!

Of course not! Don't worry. I put yes also on that question as well since you can't proceed with the interview unless you're not cleared with your medical. But I'm from US embassy-manila. Good luck!

GUYS, I REALLY NEED HELP!!

What the hell is going on with my case, I spoke to a tier 2 just a couple of minutes ago, he said that our case is out of his hands obviously and when I asked if it was sent to NVC yet he said no, it's being sent to my embbassy and they will contact me for an interview. #######? Is this normal? I really don't know what's going on....
