I want to punch something. USCs living abroad are being auto-expedited again. If I had turned in the I130 one month earlier I could have been autoexpedited. If I had turned in the I130 four months later I would be further along in the process. And evidently if I had turned it in just a few weeks ago I could be at almost the exact same place I am now.

I hate this stuff so much. Fourteen months and counting.

This is our week, tico power!!!

They need to expedite us not them we are the ones that were in hell and still are for Pete's sake. :( I've been waiting like an idiot since March of 2013 and there will be more waiting for us. :(:protest: :protest: :ranting: :ranting: :protest: :protest:

Just to be safe I would suggest he gets an employment letter that clearly states his position, his annual income and how long he has worked there/how long he will continue the job (if the company allows that). Also include 6 months of paystubs from his work (if you can) and his W2's to prove that he does make enough. Along with the tax transcripts that should be enough to get you by hopefully. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

I wouldn't send anything else at this point. Pay stubs aren't required documentation so you shouldn't get a checklist for not including them.

Not sure to be honest, there must be some process to verify in cases where returns aren't processed yet, filing extensions were granted, etc. Can't guess what that might be but lots of people have those situations, it'll be fine :) I would plan on having the 2013 transcript available at the interview just in case though.

Great thank you again! Can't believe they still haven't generated transcripts yet :(. It just makes me nervous to send paper return filed+copy of W2 as W2 has $0.50 and return rounded down...Plus it has other interest income from bank and dividends which are not listed on W2 obviously. I guess I am just thinking too much about the checklist that I might get..Plus don't want to delay anything anymore as everything has already been delayed so much! :(
