Hi guys))? I just got check listed for AOS because of my stupid mistake. Just mailed revised AOS today. Anyone know how soon after they receive it I can expect them to accept it? The checklist said 20 days...

Guys when we call NVC to ask if they have recieved our case do they ask for approval number too? I called them for the third time today. Yesterday they said they haven't recieved it today the guy I thnk Shawn asked me to read the first two lines of my approval letter. Simce my husband has it I told him I don't have it yet so he said ok then call when u have it. Is it normal? Or was he just mr. Nasty pants? Lol

Unfortunately, he was being Mr. Nasty Pants, as the first two lines of the letter say something about allowing them 30 days before inquiring....

I'm so sick over this Birth cert thing. I called again and spoke to Kendall. She was so nice. She told me it doesn't say anything about the birth cert being a copy. Usually when it is the wrong one they put notes in the file. There are no notes. she let me talk to a supervisor.. He was super nice. He will personally review my file and I am supposed to call back Wednesday night and ask for him.

He said he has no idea why they check listed me for the police cert. He said it is not needed for Costa Rica. ( which I already knew) There are 3 supervisor requests now. One for the police cert and two for the birth cert. I asked them why I need to pay for their mistakes by wasting time waiting 30 days for them to RE-review my file. I guess that's why he said to call on Wednesday. Kendall told me there are more mistakes than we think and this happens alot and Since there are no notes about the birth cert, they might have just over looked it. :dead::blink::huh::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

My husband is sick and now he has to go to the city and get another birth cert and FedEx it to me. WASTE OF MORE MONEY UGHGHGHGHGHGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH I am not taking any chances incase the supervisor decides the original is not acceptable , I'm just mailing the certified copy anyway.....

He said that they received both packages and already started reviewing.

my IV package was scanned at NVC april 21st.

i called last two days ago and they said they don't even open my packages yet...

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

Yes yes you can for sure! I did that! Just save and then you can go back and edit it as many times as you need to :)

Hi guys , I received IV bill on 4/24/14 and paid IV Fee on a same day, my bank cleared the transaction on 4/26 /14 but NVC payment status still showing IN PROCESS. If any body is familiar with this situation , please guide me .Thanks !

Lovemytico- my husband birth cert is a certified copy. It's a printed paper with a few stamps on it. Also I asked my senator to put in supervisor review which may be why it goes quicker? I might call tomorrow and demand a supervisor to review since my marriage cert is certified it just doesn't look like it.

I hate all visa people.

Hey we sent the docs on the same date! I hope they're reviewing mine tooo! Somehow I just don't feel like calling NVC anymore. I hate being put on hold, especially when I'm calling all the way from Malaysia!
