To my fellow EP filers that have received a checklist (false or real). Was the checklist sent to only the email setup for EP? Or was it sent to both petitioner and beneficiary emails and any other emails associated?

Speaking from experience, a checklist will go to all email addresses on record.

We got checklist for AOS and the emails were sent to Petitioner, benefitiary and choice of agent.

Here's what I would suggest:

Petitioner: I-864

Main joint sponsor: I-864

Joint sponsor's spouse: I-864A

Then, for that I-864A, part 2 would be signed by the main joint sponsor and part 3 would be by joint sponsor's spouse.

Since the wife will be the co-sponsor and now the husband who she sponsored in 2012 will now fill out the I-864A does he also have to include tax returns and employment letters and paystubs or the I-9864a is enough since his income will not be considered?

I swear I am getting more and ore confused and when you don't have the actually I-864 they did well you know. Thank you.

The screen shot below shows what I have and I know I have a case complete.

I changed my name to my VJ alias of course

I might be getting my hopes up here, but mine is the exact same. Could that mean I got a CC on Friday? (didn't call, too busy being at a bar! )

Or does it just mean I've sent everything in?

Or does no one really know yet?

don't jump for joy yet... Mine is the same but mine shows PAID for the AOS also... You and I are at the same stage right now. I called Friday around 9:30 Philly time and still nothing..

I called NVC late yesterday and finally the good news: Case Complete!

The agent told me that the petitioner (our daughter) will need to redo one more time the I-864 form (we already got a check-list once), because the amount in the I-864 form still does not match those in the 2 tax forms she submitted, however this was not another check-list, rather that she would have to give us the revised form in time for the interview.

Now waiting for confirmation email and appointment date at the Paris US Embassy...

I don't believe they indicate a CC with what we saw, as I have that too. And clicking on each item just took me to more information on required documents or the DS260 pages. I really don't understand the N/A...

Guys my CEAC page looks like that too (with the exception of AOS fee showing Paid) and I haven't sent in any of my documents yet. So it definitely does not mean a case complete as much as you wish it did lol

I think you can see is you case is complete If the current processing site is the embassy instead of NVC. On the top of the new summary page.

Not to sound facetious, Your answer to my question is that you don't know?

For the record, I have read ALL the advice, from the official websites of the State Department, Saylins advice here, and more-- a dozen times or more.

The specific question I am asking is NOT about logistics, time frames, or even requirements and AFTER actual reading that very helpful and insightful information the ATTENTION TO question that I am asking not been addressed in any of the "how to" posts.

Again my question is if anyone knows the difference between CMR and DR. that's all.

I imagine we are lucky it rolled out without more issues. Maybe that part will rollout at a later date.. Hopefully after I am long gone. I don't need anymore delays. It is about time they decided to add a status update on the site to take care of some of the phone calls. I am sure people will still call so they know earlier. NVC doesn't exactly work fast these days.

Does this mean we can enter our USCIS number to find out if we have our NVC case # yet? Just dreaming
