The 28th of last Month

ok i found the mistake on the return where the tax transcripts do not have the cents but the W2 does have the cents ....the checklist was for a .07 difference

Should i just not add the .07 cents on the 1-864 ???

and can i know just fill out the i-864ez now and mail it to them with the checklist instead of the regular i-864

Seing these makes me think and worry.

I lost my job at the end of 2013 and have a new higher paying job now in 2014. From what I've read I need to use my new income on the I-864 (because I no longer have the 2013 income level, its more now ). But I keep reading that people are getting a check list for not matching the past years gross income on the tax forms to the I-864. Anyone have input on this? I'll be emailing this in when I get the EP conformation next week. Its all ready to go but I have second thoughts.

Page 5 question 5 reflects your current 2014 annual income.

Page 6 question 13.a. 2013 is the most recent tax year and the total income has to match the total income on your 1040 form (or adjusted gross income on form 1040EZ).

Hope that clears it up for you :)

You did not mention (in your Signature) if your AOS was accepted. But from the dates it is most certain they have accepted it by now. So there is a very high probability for your CC by the end of next week. However, the July scheduling won't start until the last couple of days in May and continuing into June. You could try calling NVC and ask them if you could get an early June interview. Which would be nothing short of a miracle. Let me send my best wishes to both of you and congratulations for the new arrival in the family.

yes all other documents and packages have been accepted, and thank you for the well wishes. we are hoping and praying for a cc next week.

How did you schedule the medical without the file being at the embassy? My husband called the embassy a few weeks ago and he was told not to get the medical without instructions from them. They told him that people end up having to re-do things because they don't wait. Is London different?

It takes them about 2-3 weeks to review the packages from the day they are scanned.

london embassy requires medical completed prior to an interview schedule. it is on the website.

I did the same thing I got RFE before NVC stage. they want that paper as proof of what idk.. lol you would think the marriage was good enough

No case number grrrrrrrrrrr :ranting: :clock:

I know right! Grr, the sad thing is that before I sent my IV packet I read that I need to send the Nikah Nama but I guess I was so excited to send it I subconsciously blocked the main part out.

So today I called NVC. About my IV documents wanted to see if they were scanned In.

This is the first time I spoke to someone soooooooo NASTY. She starts to tell me they sent me a checklist email today.

I asked what would it be for?

She said when you get it you call back and ask. WOW

I recived one on 5/14 for the IV documents which I had already had sent.

The lady I spoke to on 5/14 said the AOS was reviewed and accepted.

This is CONFUSING. !!!!!!

Wont be calling until next Friday.

NVC is quite late in acknowledging their receipt of your package. If your UPS/USPS/FedEx tracking shows delivered that means it is delivered. You would want to know if it is reviewed and accepted. But that will take probably about 2 weeks from the delivery, if not more. If you did not get a Checklist in the mean time, your package is most likely accepted.

My package was delivered in April with delivery conformation. Its there but they do not have it. I waited about 3 weeks before I called after my package was delivered. I am going to resend the papers again but will start calling after a couple days delivery and will call every day until its scanned into the system. Lesson learned, call after delivery to make sure they have it.
