I replied to a Checklist & it was scanned in on May 5th. I'm still waiting for them to review it :( But there are people here who had checklists reviewed right away... Within days. Guess I'm not that lucky. Maybe you will be.

Hey! I always thought that some VJ friend's checklists got reviewed quickly because of a supervisor request. I think they only review it quicker when there is a supervisor review. But I might be wrong! Anyone got a checklist reviewed quickly without asking for a supervisor review? But I would love to dream with you and that our checklists won't take 2 weeks to be reviewed! :-)

He is a US citizen, lived in the UK, now moved back to the US. I am French, we met in 2010 in the UK and got married in March 2013 in France.

Spoke to nvc last night about the iv fee not being available to pay they did they they were having issues with it told me to give it till monday. Crossing my fingers it works today

Looking at many similar timelines,i was expecting a case complete for us.

Called up NVC just to hear that AOS was accepted and IV is still under review.

Looking at my timeline,what do you VJ folks think?any time soon or another long wait!!

Im sure its going to be a July interview but at least il have a fixed date to look forward to.

Good morning,

Anyone that recently got a case number (this week) are you able to fill out the DS-260? How long does it usually take in order to fill it out? Thanks!

First one is DS 261 avaliable in a few days (maybe 5 bussiness days after the case number assigned), if you dont have a lawyer already

DS 260 is avaliable after the IV fee shows paid.

I-130 NOA1 : 2013-08-01, I -130 NOA2: 2014-01-30, NVC Received: 2014-03-17, NVC I-130 Case # and IIN Assigned: 2014-04-15, Completed DS-261 online: 2014-04-21, AOS packet, IV packet sent: 2014-04-30, AOS and IV fees shows Paid, DS-260 available: 2014-05-01, DS-260 submitted- 2014-05-02, AOS checklist response scan: 2014-06-09, Case completed:2014-07-22, P4 e-mail received: 2014-08-02, Interview appointment: 2014-09-08

Please tell me on either the I-864 or I-864EZ where don't you have to put the last 3 years of tax returns? You have to write a number or "did not file"...

You don't have to send 3 years of tax returns or tax return transcripts but you still must put down on the form itself what you made unless you were not required to file.

I was told by the lawyer AND the NVC, as long as you meet the current guidelines with 2013 it would be fine.. And it was.

If it worked for you congrats, but I would follow the instructions on the form and the instructions for the form. You only need to send most recent, I'm totally agreeing with you, but I'm completely baffled that you only wrote 2013 and not 2012 and 2011 without a dollar amount or letter stating why you did not file. I've seen checklists for not doing so, but if your second one made it thru then yay for you! Btw those are screen shots from the pdf forms. It's not like I'm pulling this out of my a$$.

But since everyone seems to have everything under control, by all means have a wonderful journey! Dueces!
