no, I filled it out myself.. I used the EZ

Please tell me on either the I-864 or I-864EZ where don't you have to put the last 3 years of tax returns? You have to write a number or "did not file"...

You don't have to send 3 years of tax returns or tax return transcripts but you still must put down on the form itself what you made unless you were not required to file.

So.. I have booked our flights to Ciudad Juarez, reserved hotel rooms, made biometrics appointment, and I am still in shock. We will wait for visa there and cross over driving as I live right over the border in Texas, and we'll drive to Houston. :P

January 24 2014: Case recieved at NVC

March 5 2014: Received case number, IIN, & BIN

If I were to move, my first choice would be Orlando. But alas, my husband hates the heat and doesn't exactly want to move away from his family. I'm actually quite surprised we moved up to Fargo as we're now 2 hours away from his nearest family :whistle:

Yes, 4 hours to hang out is a tidge silly lol

Graham and I are planning a road trip to Idaho Falls (I think that's what it's called lol) next year and we plan to drive through Fargo... does that count? LOL

I think even after I receive a CC and interview date, I will still be in shock until my husband comes. Then, even when he's here and in our home, I will still have to keep pinching myself. Until he gets annoying.... Then I'll know for sure it's all real haha.

I already got the 2012, 2011 and 2010 transcripts from IRS, but not the year 2013.

So I just curious about how did LoveMyTico get the year 2013 transcripts while IRS told me it's not going be available till June 15.

Did you request it online or phone? Thanks.

Go on irs.gov and you'll find the way to print your transcript online. you have to create an account, provide you social, address etc...my husband did it.
