Do I need to go online and check everyday whether fees are enable or not ?or I will get email from NVC once it will be enable.

I already got the 2012, 2011 and 2010 transcripts from IRS, but not the year 2013.

So I just curious about how did LoveMyTico get the year 2013 transcripts while IRS told me it's not going be available till June 15.

Did you request it online or phone? Thanks.

I got my 2013 transcript online, but I also filed relatively early, in February. My transcript was available in March. It may be that they're processing the huge rush of returns that get submitted around the April 15 deadline and are just telling everyone that transcripts won't be available for a while.

I submitted the I-864EZ with transcripts for all three years because they were easy to get, but if you can't get a copy of yours for 2013 yet, you'll need to supply the full tax return with all schedules W2s, and 1099s. Unfortunately the supporting documentation for 2013 isn't optional now we've passed the tax deadline Gotta have docs for at least that year.

You'll get an email pretty close to when the fees become available, but it's not perfectly synced. My emails came a day or two before the invoices were actually ready.

We flew back from LA to Sydney last night and have just arrived home! Before we left for the airport in LA we went to the Getty Centre which was amazing (in case any of you are in the LA area - go check it out!). Anyway, I thought I would check my emails by using their free wifi whilst me and my OH were walking around the galleries. So I did and I saw an email from NVC (my heart fell and I let out a groan of 'oh great another friggin' checklist blah blah blah). They were kicking up a stink about my UK police cert and my Australian police cert and generally being pedantic about everything so much so that I thought I would give myself a week off from logging into VJ and calling them because it was getting a bit too much for my mental health! etc). Anyway I opened the email and it's a letter saying that my interview has been scheduled for Sydney on June 3rd. I was like 'WHAT THE FRICK'!!! - but obv couldn't shout in the gallery so we ran outside and screamed into the Santa Monica Mountains! So there we go after almost a year (my PD is 7th June), I finally have an interview! I don't know what date my case complete is must be Mon, Tues or Wed of this week I guess. I am so relieved! And I'm hoping for a case complete for the rest of you all as well. The end is in sight!

What an awesome way to find out. When it is totally unexpected, it makes it so much sweeter. The medical exam needs to be done now ASAP. Right?

Thanks LifeOnHold! We can't believe that we have been given an interview date already, it's crazy after all this time and turmoil! I'm researching what I need to do re: medical and vaccs now but I believe it needs to be done ASAP so that everything can get over to the US embassy before the interview date
