30 days takes only to review and we got checklist yesterday, thats 21 days since they got our papers, we usually got the last possible days of all timelines (approval from uscis that was 8 months & 11 days, if transfer it was nearly the end of the given timeline, now checklist 7 days before given timeline and it even says that since we send correction, there will be again timeline - 20 days, ...) u better hope all is good, i think my husband and i learned to be positive and patient over a year with this ####### :reading:

Reading all of this checklist stuff is freaking me out. If you get a checklist, how long does it take to find out?

You need to print the passport pics at a studio, Walmart, Sams Club, Drug Store etc. Then write the Name, DOB, Case # on the back in pencil. Then put them in a small ziplock baggie. This would be part of your IV package.

She is sending it electronically not via snail mail. :)

I know this feeling :cry: . Its awful, you know nothing and you can do nothing, mails, calls-nothing helps, you just wait. They say it can take 8 weeks and that is. Our 'travelled" from CSC to NVC 7 weeks.

Unfortunately, NVC has always seemed to issue checklists for "lost" items or items they're claiming is not original/certified, yet it is. Whether it's more often now, I don't know.

2014 July 10th- PASSPORT ARRIVED VIA ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY!!!! :goofy:

2014-July 13th- POE with no probs.. happy in sunny FL! :)

After 47mins on hold Jean answers. Asked about update on our case. She said she can see there are 2 unopened pieces of mail scanned under our case number.

Unopened! IV packet scanned in on Apr 29th and AOS on May 1st..

Good lord this is frustrating....
