ooooo, so some fine print at the bottom of my scanned copy states:

On the reverse side of the certificate letter are the Calgary Police Service Search and Disclosure guidelines.

So the Original already has this information on it!! woot. I wondered why I didn't recall actually receiving 2 pieces of paper!! It's because it WAS one originally, but I scanned both sides therefore have 2 pieces of paper! (need new emote: epiphany!! :D )

I will await the Supervisor review! Unless it's lost, they have the full document

Awesome! That's good to hear! It's so strange that they request documents that they already have. It's like someone just decided to drop all the paperwork on the floor and half of our stuff got shoved under a desk :wow:

You could request a transcript one of three ways, by mail, by phone, or on the www.

I ordered a transcript by phone and had it in my hands in about 2 weeks.

hope this helps.

Hello! Yes, they usually take "30 business days" to assign a case number, but people usually get one way before then.. that's the standard estimate they give you! You can call once a week, because you never know if you will get one sooner than expected!

Read the wiki under Saylin's signature on the first post of here, so while you're waiting for a case # you can get all the relevant documents together so you have it all ready when you get the magical case number :)
