I am seriously going crazy. My case was completed 1 day after interviews were assigned. Does this mean I have to wait for a July interview?

Aren't they scheduling for June interviews??

13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

They say yes. However, its May 13th and they still have not scheduled mine, but they did for someone with case complete at the same consulate AFTER me LAST week. So I'm not being too hopeful.

January 9th 2014: Transferred to CSC

January 16th 2014: NOA2

January 24 2014: Case recieved at NVC

March 5 2014: Received case number, IIN, & BIN

You could request a transcript one of three ways, by mail, by phone, or on the www.

I ordered a transcript by phone and had it in my hands in about 2 weeks.

UGHHHHHHH Joint Sponsor said he can't find his 2011 tax info.. Sooo I told him to download and print it... He's said he couldn't and will go to the irs office to get it.... :bonk: .. UGh.. I swear!!!! I'm really frustrated ...... have to wait even LONGER!!!! :dead:

So they did have another supervisor look at my file but I have no idea why... that is what generated another checklist. The mail still hasn't been reviewed so these people are

So we just payed the AOS fee ,and i just got the Receipt ... they used my middle name as my first name ! should that be a problem ? also for the AOS pack is there a cover letter sample out there, or is not needed?

I have a question that is probably silly but I would rather be safe than sorry...working on final steps of DS230 to input into DS260 packet. I know this is about the beneficiary so when it wants the divorce papers in the packet, is this JUST the beneficiary divorce papers or do they want the petitioners as well? (I already submitted them with the I-130 but want to make sure before mailing the packet :( ). Congrats to those getting interviews!! Can't wait to get to that point.

Hello friends,

First, when everyone used to comment about how often they check the payment portal I was thinking why would anyone be checking it so many times a day! But now that I have a case number, I get it. Even though I know nothing is going to change in the span of 5 minutes, but I keep checking. Lol

I am looking over my AOS packet for the 100 time today and keep obsessing over not making a single mistake. I have a question about that. For my the sponsor part 6, question 5, it asks for current individual annual income, so do I just multiple how much she makes in 40 hours and multiple that total by 52 weeks? So do I just put that total because that's before taxes or anything is deducted.

Hey guys, just stopping by to share the good news. We just got our Case Number and IIN today. Was going to call tomorrow but was feeling dangerous so I called today and they had just uploaded to the system today. It took 27 days after case received. :dancing:
