It means it went through. It's been suggested to wait until after DS-261 has been filled out and accepted by NVC. Just keep in mind that with EP it is a little slower, it's been taking them roughly 30 days to receive and review emails. Currently they are receiving emails from around April 16th and 17th.

How did can I enroll for my email and benifacry email after the case number asigned ,since there is no link I found to enroll in WIKI.

international scrabble club is a fun way for separated loved ones to hang out- while skyping at same time of course. We also listen to music together, help eachother cook, he helps me choose my outfits of the day lol- he likes that bit haha! · AOS bar-coded cover sheet

· Form I-864 (signed and dated)

· Letter of Unemployment

· 2013Wages (Proof of no income)

· 2012 Tax Transcript

· 2011 Tax Transcript

· Letter of Domicile

· Proofs of Domicile

Joint Sponsor I864:

· Form I-864 (signed and dated)

· Recent Tax Transcripts

· Proof of US residency (front & back copy of green card)

Employment documents

IV Packet:

· Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

· Certified copy & photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport

· Certified copy & photocopy of police clearance stamp in beneficiary’s passport

· Original marriage certificate of Petitioner and beneficiary

· Original birth certificate of beneficiary

· Original police clearance certificate of beneficiary

· Certified copies and photocopies of the originals

Please guide me..

How can you have a certified copy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport? I mean you just photocopy it...I don't understand how the photocopy would be certified? Or am I missing something? And also police clearance stamp in passport? I have never heard of this before.

The actual NVC reviewers work 8 AM to 5 PM.

I will hold and not call until noon at least.

I see people here with packets scanned in on the 24th and they are still not reviewed yet. Little chance of seeing anything change today in my case!!!

My IV packet was scanned on the 24th and yesterday they confirmed having accepted the DS-260 and my IV packet (it only happened yesterday because Friday nothing had been done). So maybe you can try calling after 5pm because then you will most likely have a definite answer.

I've written my senator once a week the past three weeks. She hasn't gotten back to me because the democratic primaries were just happening in my state so I'm sure she's busy. But still!

So I wrote her again and wrote my congressman who was completely useless during my USCIS debacle, but I guess it's worth a shot?

I want CC this week!!! All they have to do is look at the marriage certificate (which they now have FOUR copies of) to see it's certified. *sigh* That takes like 3 seconds!

Call NVC. Give them your email ID and also rhe beneficiary's email ID. After that both of you will receive every communication via email from NVC including the Case Complete email and interview letter email (P4).

I believe you will have to call the NVC, speak with a representative, give them your case #, and then provide your email and the beneficiary's email.

My Tuesday Morning update VIA Waldo

Me: Hi Waldo , have there been any updates?

Waldo: The package we received on may 8th is being reviewed by a supervisor

Me: does that just mean it was received by the NVC or is it really on someone's desk?

Waldo: Its on someone's desk and it could take up to 30 days to review

Me: Well, let's just hope it doesn't take that long

Waldo: I have to tell you that. Now is there anything else I can try to help you with?

Me: Uhhhh are they still scheduling for June interviews?

Still scheduling for June? Wow, that's great. Highly doubt they will look at my revised AOS and Case Complete and schedule a June interview by this week. That would be a dream and quite frankly I have been having nightmares the past couple of nights lol. This stupid process is making me wake up in the middle of the night sweating. And then my hair is all messy in the a.m.

Thank you for reporting back! That means they could get to my IV packet before end of week!

I hope I get a Case Complete Right away and no checklist! I really need a Case Complete as soon as possible. This waiting game is driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!

That means 14 months since I sent in the I-130. C'mon NVC. Gimme a case complete today. You (and USCIS) have screwed me long enough.

Just don't confuse the "Enroll" process for filing by EP (which only certain countries can do), with providing the NVC your email addresses (which is something everyone can/should do in order to get all communications by email).

They are separate things. I wanted to be sure you and other newcomers understand the difference
