Congrats to all having CC or interview schedule. I have paid IV fee a week ago and completed DS260 3days already, but my lawyer still not send our AOS package n civil doc to NVC, so pissed off abt it!!!!

Get on his case then! What is his excuse for not sending the packages?

Just got off the phone with NVC. Nothing reviewed yet for me! The window for a June interview is closing rapidely with every day that goes without a CC.

I called them 2 times this morning. The first guy said send email to NVCInquiry and the second said only wait. I don't know how to do now :(.

print the cover page, print the confirmation of payment from your bank, write short explanation why you attach this and send the docs. everything gonna be fine.

Im still curious as to how will i find out when my case is sent from vsc and when it is recieved will nvc email me? I will try and call again today to see if theres any news.i got approved april 1st

I only received 1 email from the NVC when my bills were available to pay. You don't normally get a notice.. you have to call. Study the timelines. It will give you a good idea of what to expect. Of course every case is different.

mine took 2 weeks and 1 day. I think that is the norm lately.

I'm on hold right now... Can't help myself.

Confirmed with lawyer's office that the IV package was sent with the AOS package ( had to triple check because I just don't trust them)

I hope I get a June slot...
