We have the same timeline pretty much with a day difference. Congratulations on your Case Complete!

i know, i am so sorry that you got checklist.

A lot of Case Completes here today. That's so exciting! So many people seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and will be reunited with their loved ones soon.

There are also a lot of us who are waiting until tomorrow to call lol. So maybe more good news tomorrow. I hope...

i will keep praying for you to get your CC soon. may be tomorrow when you call, you will get it.

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

I would like to know this too. We have samedates :) Did they receive your revised checklist for the W2 yet? I'm going to call tomorrow to see if they have recieved mine.

The revised checklist was sent on Friday 2nd and was recieved on Monday 5th and was scanned on the 6th now i got this ####### i dont even know what its all about today.... will put a call through later today or tomorrow to know whats popping.

I just received a checklist written in Greek and all I can make out of it is the number 260 written in the context of the checklist. I've seen people here with same type of message written in Greeks, what was your findings when you called NVC?[/quote

You can use Google Translate. We also got Checklist in Greek. The agent told us to ignore but send reply to the original checklist.

I love to hear of people successfully getting through this process without using a lawyer. I am so glad my spouse and I did not waste $4000 for a lawyer's "services". It's even better that you had no checklists! :)

I'm going to be totally sappy right now. But I feel like I have to say this, and I hope there are a bunch of others who happen to agree with me! :goofy:

I honestly don't know where my husband and I would be without the support of this forum. These have been some of the most difficult times of our lives (one year and 2 days since NOA1 now) and before this, I felt so incredibly lost and alone. No one outside of the immigration process understands what we go through every day with the phone calls, the paperwork and the endless stress and sadness. I'm so thankful to have such a strong support group of complete strangers to help make it day to day. I refer to all of you by your VJ handles when I talk to my husband. It's like we know you. And all I want is for everyone to make it to the next step to be with their loved ones. You're like family now.

My best vibes are sent out to everyone still waiting for a CC, down to those who just got NOA1 with USCIS. So thankful I can say that to the only people in the world who know what all those letters and numbers mean!!!!!
