Just a question about ceac site. How long after case complete for the status to change from "At NVC" to "In Transit" ? Will it stay in "At NVC" until the case is actually shipped to the embassy?

Yup. Not until your interview date is scheduled and your file has been shipped will the status change.

Yup. Not until your interview date is scheduled and your file has been shipped will the status change.

Then there is still hope :dancing:

I was getting worried that the lack of status change meant the case was not complete yet. I have a good feeling but like I said up thred waiting until Friday to call LOL

24-03-2014: AOS/I-864 packet express mailed to NVC

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

I just received a checklist written in Greek and all I can make out of it is the number 260 written in the context of the checklist. I've seen people here with same type of message written in Greeks, what was your findings when you called NVC?

If you filled the form and your line hasn't been updated on the spreadsheet, then refer to the form response sheet and see why you haven't been added. In most cases, it's a timeline issue.

A lot of Case Completes here today. That's so exciting! So many people seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and will be reunited with their loved ones soon.
