Well, ya know, some border officers are pricks. I got one myself when I first started the process who denied me entry into the US. That was my second denial and last attempt as he told me that if I went to another border and tried with "another story" (???), I could get banned for life. I swear, some of them just like the power they have to control people's lives

At least the Canadian officers are nice :D Or maybe it's just cause I'm Canadian :lol:

Good Grief Saylin!

How on earth did you overcome this ordeal? Emotionally and practically?

I feel the same way and when they approve you at the Embassy they can still after you pay the plane ticket say well you have to go back. #######!

And even then you still have to smile to the ba****d and beg him/her to LET you pay for the return tickets so you don't incur a 3-5 years ban from entry. As if reapplying to the USCIS from scratch wouldn't take that long anyway.

Guys we were case complete as of April 29th.

Are we pushed to a July interview ?

Is the NVC not going to schedule any mid-month on May 15th --- for June ?

Please advise.

Thanks

Hmm.. so by this logic, I should have an interview by late-June right ?

CC: 04/29/14

:(

I am sorry but recently , a VJ member has posted on other thread 'June 2014 interview' that Mumbai consulate is done with July interviews. It was told to that guy by NVC agent. Please shift to that thread. You can catch many a members there who are waiting for an interview date.

And another member has mentioned that Delhi is still scheduling. I don't know how to check this.

See you in the new thread.

Hi Vjs

How to get PCC in ahmedabad?

What documents they required for it?

pls help me. I need PCC to submit IV docs

If your spouse name is not written on ur passport, then make it fast you may need to reissue it.

Otherwise getting a PCC is no big thing, you will get in one day, just your passport and 1 or 2 photo id proofs are enough. Obviously, you need to get PSK appointment prior to that.

I remember when I completed our 260, it asked for previous employments for the past 10 years. If you see the same instructions in your form, then I think you should answer yes and complete up to 10 years back.

Im just curious and hoping someone could help me, i've been read that other people could know or predict interview dates in some specific countries when you have such and suck case complete dates. I was wondering does anyone know or have any idea about HK interview dates? Like how soon after case complete will you be scheduled for interview dates? Ive been through visa journey, either i dont know where to look or there isnt or hardly any information on here to know about this. Im currently waiting for case comete and hoping for no checklist.

Hi fellow Vjers! Is there any easier and faster way to print chatlogs and emails? We chat everyday and exchange emails too. We use yahoomesenger. Its very difficult to have it one by one and paste it in microsoft word. I think it will consume all my time. Any ideas?

Can't you find it in your computer chat history? I dont remember clearly as i dont use yahoo messenger anymore but i think there is a folder under somewhere that says chat history. So maybe you can check your computer and maybe u can print that out?

Yup, that's what I mean! For whatever reason, lack of sleep probably, we thought that petitioner's info continues there. Anyways, if I understood corrrectly, the only info on that page about the petioner is Part 1. Name and checking 1a. The rest is about the beneficiary, right?

Thanks for your help!

edit. I think some of my braincells have gone on strike...thanks NVC! :D
