~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Yesterday I decided to call the $7 dollar help line phone number after speaking with the gal from DOMEX. She notified me that the consulate received our paperwork on Monday afternoon and that they were waiting for the consulate to mail back whatever needed to mail (ie passport, or further request for information). I called the help line and the gentleman was no help in my case. He just gave me the company line explaining it could take up to six weeks. I asked him if there was a way to confirm the consulate received my documents and he said no that it could take up to six weeks because they have to receive the documents and analyze. In my case birth certificates don't need much analyzing and I expressed this to him and again he just gave me the company line of needing to wait for 6 weeks. I asked him about the possibilities of it being lost in the mail and under that circumstance what should I do. He explained that I need to wait up to six weeks and then if I don't receive an email or phone call from the consulate that I need to call them back for directions on how to proceed. He said if they consulate needs more information they will send you an email and have you either email them the information or mail the information. This wasn't very helpful to me, but perhaps it is for you. I believe it has been way more than six weeks in your case. Perhaps, you could call the $7 phone number or have your fiance call to see what they say.

I also read in a previous post from last year that someone said they were in AP for about 2 weeks and were concerned because their status kept changing from Issued to Approved, to AP, to denial. She said she went to the embassy for help. Based on her post if you show up before eight o clock they will give you a number to a window that is outside the consulate. She said there was about 20 people in line the day she went. She said the woman at the consulate was helpful and looked up her information on the computer system. Her post read that the woman notified her that her system was the most accurate and that everything was fine with her visa. She told her to disregard CEAC website as sometimes it is not accurate.

If I continue to see my case being updated on CEAC website but no change in my status then my fiance and I decided we would make the trip to Santo Domingo to ask in person. Does anyone know if this has changed in regards to showing up before 8 to ask questions at a window outside the consulate????

Thanks for the information.

And thanks for take the time to try to help me and the interesnt in my case.

But I have red about the $ 8 dollars numbers that is useless, I have red many post that people say that they get best answers by e-mail.

last may 21 I sent a letter to the ambassador maybe he has soul and try to help me.

But I think that God knows why he makes the things.

God's times is perfect.

I feel terrible here but God knows when to issue the visa., if that is good for me.

Now my fiance thinks that I am a criminal or that I have problems with the justice and for that they havent issued the visa, I explain to him that never in my life I have been arrested or havent problem with jutice.

He has a lot of douts now, and I am thinking that if he continue with his douts about me, I will finish the relationship, because when you love someone you dont have dout , you trust in that person.

But he is listening some dominicans people there that tgey say that I want only go to usa and after that leave him. And that isnt truth if I go there is for him.

But if he doesnt trust in me, I wiil finish and I will tell him that call to the consulate to cancel the petition.

And I will e-mail the consulate that send me back my passport, I have my life here.

Buenas Dias Mamita...

Sometimes we get so close to having what we wanted after so long of not having it that we fear we will be wrong or it will be lost again and we'd rather walk away voluntarily... than risk having it taken from us.... maybe a little bit of that is happening on both sides....

Don't let fear stop you from having Love... through conquering your greatest fears... you receive the greatest rewards...

Fear and Love cannot occupy the same place at the same time... so remember that and also remember that we are always truly only dating(fighting against) ourselves... I think of it as God challenging me to trust God and let go of old useless thoughts, fears, feelings or beliefs based upon past experiences that I have now/since outgrown.

We perceive someone else not based upon them and their actions.... but by on our own experiences and actions/reactions to our past... it is usually not "really" what they are thinking or doing that keep us apart but what "we THINK" they are thinking or doing...

Ask first lovingly if that is "really" his perception of you... see his answer... it may pleasantly surprise you.

Have him call them himself.. let HIM fight to bring you over rather than you fighting for it yourself... that too may help him see... if he is not willing to do the work.. then maybe that will help you see...

Thanks for your words, but there are a lot reason why I am thinking finish.

In this process I have made every thing., I e-mail to the consulate, I sent a letter to the ambassador( no answer yet), I try to find what is going on.

And after I do all the efforce he acuse me that I have criminal records or something like.

I tell him about call, and the answer I got was that he doesnt need to call, that if I am in ap is my fault.

For that and many others things i am seriously thinking that God is stopping the process to show me the road that I need follow.

I feel terrible by his acusings.

I have made all to show him that I am with him by love no for immigration porpuse, but he has douts about me.

He is listening people that say story.

God knows better what is the best for me.

All the time God is there to help me.

The best for us isnt what we want , it is what God wants.
