Hi guys. I had my interview on April 7 just this month. Me and my fiance is living together in the Philippines for 17 months now. During my interview, he went with me also. And he was asked by the consul when was his first and last visit here. He told the consul the truth of course because we both made an oath. So the consul said to him, "I appreciate you coming here in the interview with your fiancee. The purpose of fiancee visa is for the two people to reunite again and you two already reunited which is good but I just ask you an additional document." So we were given 221g asking proof of domicile in the U.S. My fiance and I want to fly together to the U.S so instead of him going back there first, we have decided just to submit all the necessary proofs we have. Instead of Contract of Lease for an apartment or house, we just chose to get a room for us when we get there at least for a temporary stay while looking for suitable rental property which we can see personally. And maybe later, buy a house on a VA home loan because my fiance is a military veteran and in good standing with them as he had a house in 2007 through this kind of loan but it had to be sold due to divorce proceeding.

The embassy received our documents on April 21. Our ceac visa status went from AP to READY. And now we are just waiting for the next update. Hope that it will be issued soon because my medical and visa will expire on June 10.

So guys what do you think about our documents below? Does it look adequate as proof of domicile? Thanks for reading and for any responses.
