That "document" is a powerpoint presentation that I cannot understand, because it is mixed up in graphics and colored circles with x's with no explanation.

I can see what it is alleging, that 35K people voted in two states, but I cannot vette the data because it is obscured.

Anyone else want a go? And don't repeat the one paragraph synopsis.
