Adjustment of Status (Green Card) -Assistance REQUIRED!

Hello ALL



Please i need your assistance ,i am really stuck with my application.



I filled I-485( 2 photos) ,I-131,I-693,G-325,I-765( 2 photos) and my hubby I-864 and then we attached both Birth Certificate,Marriage cert,Money Gram(1170$)and Tax returns for hubby since hes the US C. Unfortunately all the docs got rejected .For sure i didn't include the I-130 as i was mislead by someone regarding what i required for my package to adjust the status and i am thinking this is one of the major cause of rejection.I came in with B2 visa and i got married in between my visit to my family ,my I-94 expired the beginning of this month :(



Please can you kindly advice me what i required to add on the above list and what other supportive docs do i need?for now we got lease of our apartment as joint .

07/01/14: (Day 54) Case changed to Testing & Interview

07/08/14: (Day 61) Notice of my Interview has been Mailed

07/21/14: (Day 72) EAD changed to Card Production :dancing:

07/30/14: (Day 81) Rcvd EAD/AP Card

08/07/14:(Day 91) Interview Day................... :thumbs:

09/03/14: (Day 115 )RFE-Tax transcripts :oops:

09/12/14: (Day 124 )Responded RFE

09/29/14: (Day 142 )I485 status changed to Decision

10/06/14:(Day 149) Received 2yr GC finally

Hi you will need to file the I-130, I-485,I-864 together & also send with it I-693, I-765, I-131,G325. With a total payment of $1490.00 this amount is made up of $420.00 for the I-130 & $1070.00 for the I-485. Good luck.

March 18th 2014 Received interview letter in post with time & place, 2.15pm at Mt Laurel NJ
April 16th 2014 Received EAD card
April 22nd 2014 Had AOS interview at Mt Laurel NJ APPROVED
April 22nd 2014 Text & email Case Status: Card / Document Production
April 26th 2014 Received my Green Card today

April 14th 2017  I-551 stamp in passport 

April 27th 2017 Received text & email Card/Document Production

May 3rd 2017 Received 10 year Green Card today   

N-400

March 7th 2017 N-400 sent to Dallas TX 

March 10th N-400 Application received

March 15th Cheque for $725 cashed

March 20th received NOA1 dated March 15th

March 24th received biometrics appointment for 04/05/17

March 28th did early walk in for biometrics 

October 10th received Citizenship Interview letter

November 13th Citizenship Interview at 10 am Mount Laurel NJ passed my interview.

November 13th Oath ceremony 3pm now a citizen

November 14th applied for my passport 

November 25th Received my passport 

November 27th Received my naturalization certificate back

November 28th Updated my social security records
