the gestation process begins the second the egg is fertilized.

so, how many forms of birth control are you against?

I'm not a Hillary supporter. I think that's a Benghazi reference?

Well, I would contest that there are levels of "life" At conception, "life" is no more a constitutionally protected individual than my dis-guarded fingernails.

So, you trust the law there to deny justice to the unborn, but not to deal justice to the murderers and rapists and drug dealers?

So, courts have no validity, because they might get it wrong? Well, I guess there is no sense in even holding trials. Maybe suspects can just say they were sorry and go on their way.

Courts have tons of validity. So does the appeal process which has no point after someone is dead. Just because they're not being executed doesn't mean they're being released.

Okay. Set a time limit on appeals. A week should be enough.

I don't consider an egg fertilized three seconds ago to be a human, so its really two different things. On a side note, I don't understand why life in jail can't be considered justice. That's your (and other's I know) definition.

What about new evidence or technology that later proves the convicted innocent? Why must a person die in order for justice to be served. Why can't life in jail be an alternative punishment?

It costs money to keep scum alive. If they are no longer of any use to society, dispose of them.

none. I am against abortion on demand. imo- it is acceptable in cases of rape, grave risks to the mother or child, incest, or severe deformity.

but you believe life begins at conception?

Like fetuses.
