Hello everyone,

I have a question about the documents I should bring at AOS interview to prove our bonafide marriage.

Now I just have lease with our names, insurance under my husband name, tax form including my name as his spouse(I am a student, so I haven't paid any tax so far. Therefore,it's not joint tax) and pics, emails and letters.

Do you guys think it's enough?

I have noticed everybody prepared joint bank account for interview.

Should we joint bank account?Or is it not necessary?

Thank you for your help!!

Thank you for your response,everyone!!

I felt that my husband is not willing to joint bank account, so I was a little bit confused.

I will just go without it.

Thanks.

I don't know why people complicate themselves over this. Just get an account and put some money there. It's not like you have to transfer all of your assets into a joint account. If you have a real marriage, you will have shared expenses, period. Throw a portion of that shared-expense-money into the account each month, pay from there. Easy.
