Okay, I am sure I am driving you guys crazy today but lots of questions are coming up.

I just completed the paperwork for the AOS and was going to not do the EAD part but I am about to reconsider.

My questions are this.

Other than the I-765 is there any thing else needed to send in if applying at the same time as the AOS. That is do I send additional fees and additional passport photos for the EAD. The check for the AOS is $1070. Do I need to write another check for the $380. fee?.

The EAD form 1-765 asks for a social security number. We applied for that yesterday but we do not have the number yet. Any tips?

Thanks.

File the I-765 and I-131 at the same time. You will then receive an EAD/AP combo card. The fees for those 2 forms are waived when filed with a pending I-485. Send one check in the amount of $1070 for all 3 forms. http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

Yes, you need the supporting documents for each form. > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/472439-evidence-for-756-and-131/?p=6723671
