Hi everyone

i just finished a call with uscis customer service regard last name misspelled

while talking to the girl my i485 is at the local office while rest of the forums are at Missouri service center

and my i131 has been transferred to Nebraska service center

the lady over the phone told me its unusual and would like to get your insight about it

is any body else experiencing the same ?

The I-131 and I-765 usually stay and are processed at the NBC, which is the MSC. I was not aware of those forms being transferred to Nebraska. Perhaps this is something recent to cut down on backlog at the NBC.

Hmm, they are transferring the I-130s there > http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/workload-transfer-national-benefits-center-service-centers

Did you mean I-130 and not I-131? What visa are you adjusting from?
