I had the same issue. I looked at the time zone map, figured out the time difference between where I live and where the NVC is, woke up early the next morning to phone them a few minutes PRIOR to them opening and shazam! only a 14 minute wait! I had to phone them a second time, did the same thing and kaplow! only an eight minute wait!

I had luck at around 5pm pacific (8 eastern)

-Jan 24th, 2014 sent in I-129F

-Jan 31ist, 2014 received NOA1 via text/email. Arrived at CSC

-Feb 4th, 2014 received Alien registration number.

-Feb 24th, 2014 received NOA2

-Mar 12, 2014 Arrived at Embassy

-Mar 20, 2014 Packet 3 sent to Embassy

-Mar 28, 2014 Received packet 3 instructions in mail

-Mar 25, 2014 Interview date set

-Apr 4, 2014 Interview.. approved :dancing:

-May 21, 2014 - PoE LV NV

-May 30, 2014 - Married

I have been trying to call NVC 603-334-0700 for the last two days, the line is always busy.

What's the best time to reach them? At night?

We called them a few times, 20-30 minutes before closing time and it's usually little to no wait.

The automated line is always busy that's why you have to keep calling them until you get connected. Like today I called them 88 times and waited 38 minutes. Then, a rude operator answered.
