I am sponsoring my parents to immigrate to the USA.

My income is well over 125% of the poverty line and I have filed 1040 with my husband for the last two years who makes more than I do.

Can I just use I-864EZ for affidavit of support or should I use I-864 to include the assets to be on the safe side?

if you make enough to support your family and the ones you want to sponsor, i dont think there is a need to list assets

make sure you are including all your dependents and the ones you want to sponsor when you look at the guidelines
