Okay so I essentially am an organization freak and LOVE to have everything in order -_-:)

So, any suggestions or ideas from those of you who have done, are doing or are planning to organize your forms and documents that will go with your fiancé to the embassy? How are you planning on organizing those forms and documents?

I want this to be as painless and as easy as possible on my fiancé and hope that helping out the personnel at the embassy by organizing well will allow him a better chance at a better experience.

Expanding Accordian file

Good idea, I was thinking 3 hole punch binder with those laminate papers so I wouldn't have to 3 hole punch the papers (obviously don't want to do that) and then dividers

I divided everything up with tabs and used binder clips so that it wasn't bound completely. I'm not sure what my fiance will do with it to fix to his preference. Also, it was over an inch thick and with glass partitions, I was thinking a hard-bound binder wouldn't work with the set up at the embassy.

Yep, don't know specifics of Manila but at the Moscow Embassy, one stands at the window and hands over specified documents through the slot in the window. Binder's wouldn't fit and it takes time to break down the binder into individual sheets. The accordian file has tabs that are labeled and allows one quick access.

Okay… understandable maybe I will do that instead, thank you for the information!

I used the ones with a big clip so I don't have to punch holes. This way if the interviewer wants specific documents handed to him, Candy can easily open up the binder and give him exactly what he asks for.
