NOA2 was approved mid August from february NOA1. Beneficiary has received embassy papers, got police record and booking medical in London. Wonder how long the wait will be for everything from now on.

From NVC it took 3 weeks for London embassy to get everything.

We finally got it!

today morning i checked and was still the same but i left the computer and when i came back was still in the screen and i reloaded (why not??) and surprise surprise!!!!

NOA2

now we have no idea of what we need to do but whatever!!!!!!!!!

ps. it took 8 months and 2 days

Update for us, we received a RFE on 21st August, we posted the further evidence on Monday 15th Sep and received a text to confirm receipt, late Thursday 18th Sep

Congrats! Tina and Johan are right, Dublin is AWESOME! It was only 1.5 months between NOA2 and Visa in hand for us! There were some quirky things at my fiance's interview on Monday, though, so maybe this will help you out when your time comes:

The packet 4 info is received via email and instructions are kind of vague and even incorrect in places (assuming you will receive the same info we did).

The only thing you have to return to the embassy to have your interview scheduled is the DS-160 confirmation page and list of addresses, but the instructions make it sound like you have to send the full DS-160. You definitely don't.

The instructions don't state the interview cost, but it has increased to $265 (Euro 212) as of September 12th.

The instructions explicitly ask for an A3 sized envelope. My fiance brought one to his interview and was told it was too small, so he had to leave and get a larger one at the Ballsbridge Post Office.

Also, the instructions say to have Euro 12.50 in post on the (larger than) A3 sized envelope, which my fiance brought to the interview. Well, apparently it is now Euro 13.00. Haha.

Other than these few hiccups, the process was efficient, the embassy was helpful and the interviewing officer was very nice. If you have a question, just email DublinCons@state.gov and they'll normally get back to you within 24 hours. Good luck!! :D
