I tried doing e-service online too, but its doesnt allow me, it said my case is still within normal processing time even its almost 6 months already

I've got the same dates/country as you. I'm hoping for action in the next two weeks, as I've been watching Igor's list and it seems like they're finally approving more petitions on a daily basis. The chart now shows that 50% of the Jan petitions on VJ have been processed! It's been sitting around 35-40% for weeks. There was even one from 2/4/2014, so if they've started dipping into February....well I am just hoping hoping hoping.

We're starting to do the pre-NOA2 steps from this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

I did long time ago, but just realize I hv to put my member number in order to link it to my profile. It should be there now.

I also put the information on "My story" section, donno why is not showing underneath my comment

Awesome. With the inconsistent estimates regarding approval dates because of VJ members who enter TSC as their service center when it should be CSC, I try to get people to either update their time lines or create one. Side note... very difficult to get people to understand the difference between the Texas Lockbox facility and Texas Service center haha.

It does look like they are starting to move.... They were just sitting there seemingly doing nothing. Hopefully they haven't moved from a snail to a tortoise as far as speed is concerned lol :bonk: . Also, I guess a lot of the %'s on Igor's list include people who put TSC as their service center when it should have been CSC. Either way, any improvements made in months greater than 5 months ago should actually be those who are being processed at TSC.

For the past month I think I saw one CSC approval in there, the rest have all been TSC. The fast ones have all been PI so they seem to still be expediting those automatically. I don't look much at their calculation pages since they seem to be wrong, just the one raw list of 'last 15 approved'.

Who knows, maybe we're making enough noise to be heard at some level?

NOA1 Feb 18th (UK/USA). Called a few days ago and a tier 2 officer said our case is currently being looked at and said there will be a response within 60days. After asking for a bit more information, he said "the key word is WITHIN 60 days". I'm not holding my breathe but at least someones looking at it, apparently.

guys! I am sooooooo happy! i just for the NOA2!! i think they are starting to process the Feb, so hang in there, its coming!! :)

btw, I sent a email to the head of all the service center expressing my concern about the imbalance between the centers, hope that help to have them pay more attention to TSC.

I am soo happy now, can someone tell me what should be my next step to make it faster? I will be preparing the paperwork, should I ask my fiance to call to make interview appointment?

i agree with Idt0423 that the majority of the 35-40% you were seeing on IGOR's for january related to people who received an NOA2 in February/March 2014 - which would represent those who were at CSC or expedites. You can sort IGOR's list by approved petitions where you can see a lot of january filers receiving NOA2s in 30-60 days. And i think we all know that TSC is not turning out NOA2s in that timeframe. ;)

It looks like February is in the same position right now - at about 35-40% complete but there have been less than 10 true non-expedited TCS approvals. I'd think expedites wouldn't be more than 10-15%...so that other 20-25% represents CSC filers with incorrect timelines. messing up our data!
