My wife who is a Pr and m staying in Nepal got court marriage on January 2013 and got marriage on September 2013 according to Nepali culture. Its time to send Aos now and she will send it on Wednesday. She told that she have bank balance of 13000 usd and she didnot kept joint sponcer aswell. She earns 25-30000 usd per year. She is staying with her family. She will send all her Tax papers, Bank Statement and all her pay stubs frm 3 yrs to NVC. My PD month is May 2013.

# Is that bank balance enough for doing sponcership?

# After Aos paper is send, how much time will NVC takes to complete process.

IL means interview letter. The bank balance is good but it is more important that the sponsor meets the poverty guideline of US for 2 households in the past 3 yrs ( if you alone is being sponsored). It is not also necessary to send all her pay stubs but just previous 6 months. If she meets the poverty guideline, there is nothing to worry of much her bank balance is. She only needs to submit I 864EZ, pay stubs in the past 6 months, tax and schedule in the past 3 yrs or the irs record and w2. Bank statements are necessary in case the sponsor doesn't meet the poverty guideline.from the time she submits your aos, the nvc has 30 business days to review it.

If you're asking whether $13,000 in enough balance to qualify as assets for Affidavit of Support the answer is no, it's not event remotely close to be enough.

Depends on how she plans to qualify for 125% of poverty levels. Can be 0 if she makes enough (she won't have to show anything).
