Hopefully due to the Senator being Republican and in Mississippi, he may be more willing to help. Also, he is up for re-election next year, so that may spur him on.

I'm past being worried about it. There is pretty much nothing we can do but go with the flow. And I remind myself that even a year is a short time when compared to a lifetime.

Yeah, a year is a short time on the grand scheme of things, but right now, these months without Matt are torture. I'm glad I have him & wouldn't give up our relationship for anything...but I'm impatient. If I knew a specific date he'd be arriving, even 9 months from now, it would help. It's not freaking knowing anything that's killing me! Plus I have this irrational fear that something could happen to one of us & we are separated by thousands of miles & it could never happen or no one would think to tell me that something happened:(

I am the petitioner.

You let me copy that letter and everyone from the states handles by TSC should sent it to their congressman locally....take that TSC...

I won't post my letter here, if that's what you're implying, but I just took the statistics from the dashboard, added some personal information about how I feel (very minimal) mentioned thousands of couples waiting & wrapped it up. I can send it to you in a private message when I get home from work if you'd like, just don't copy it verbatim.

They say their # is src which is Texas. It seems to be a fluke. We had one a few weeks ago too. I do strongly suggest we write to congress/senators. I'm not trying to get my case pushed ahead, I just want the system to move the way it should instead of screwing us all over. Yes, ideally, I want my fiancé here now, but I'm dealing with waiting til September, I'm just not going to be quiet about waiting longer than I should have to. I understand they're focusing on 130s now, but that doesn't mean others should backlog. My fiancé works at a building that deals with passports for the UK, when they're back logged, they work overtime & get them out like they're supposed to...

I know, it's terrible when there is such a back log... I saw in one of the posts that the amount of files in each center is actually the same every month but CSC is just faster. There are still more than half of the JAnuary filers waiting, I think we'd be lucky to get it in September :( I've always been positive about this visa process but as time goes by I miss him more and it feels like I don't have enough patience to wait a few more months.

I actually think the people who say they are at TSC have gotten it confused with sending their application to the Dallas Lockbox. And then never update their timeline to reflect they're at CSC.

Yep, most are like that, as can be seen on Igor's List and they ruin the estimation dates. :)

I don't mean to be rude but why are you on this thread when this is clearly for TSC filers so we can support each other and your file if I rightly remember is with CSC

If you've looked at any other threads, he keeps posting about his interview & noa2 but semi subtly and "encouraging" but it's more condescending cuz it's pretty obvious that we are upset cuz tsc is slower than CSC. :/

Uhhuh. It's annoying & he's bragging. None of us want to hear it. It's not like he misread & did it once, it's constant & well...rude. We are all upset here knowing it's going so slow.

At least there is movement in January. Maybe they'll pick things up, but January has been trickling since June & there's still some December waiting. And then in another thread a guy was insistent that tsc was only taking 110 days. That's a bit over 3 months. If that were the case, half of March would be done by now. Ugh, I'm so impatient with this. I hope peoples contacts with media outlets helps...

Yeah I hope they can help too i'm still blown away at the response my fiancé got from the lady on the phone last week saying you will get a letter in the mail, really is that the best they can come up with now. I was also reading there have been members on here who have checked their case number on the website with no change but have received their NOA2 in the mail no text notification either to say its approved. Hang in there keep positive it wont be long and we will all be with our loved ones
