I'm hoping it's no more than 3 months...the agony of waiting (doing nothing) is killing me. And knowing that tsc is lagging behind makes it worse. I feel for those who are already at 5 & 6 months, I really do. But I don't want to get to that point. I want them to suddenly start catching up & press forward so that maybe, just maybe, we all get done at 4 months instead of ten years like seems to be their trend (cuz the last two months since I filed feels like 6 years) if the people working there had to be separated from their loved ones like us, they'd work faster...:/

I am the petitioner.

Any updates April filers being processed in TSC?

We've got a long way to go. Twoish more months til any of us can attempt service requests. All I hope is that perhaps with Obama "going off on his own" to reform immigration somehow pushes the service centers into catching up. Several January filiers have received their noa2 lately it seems, so perhaps we will be lucky & it'll be no more than 5 months. Regardless, I'm contacting government officials & pestering the ####### out of them within a short time of my 5 month mark. I hate being in a long distance relationship. I'm willing to do it cuz he's amazing, but neither of us like being apart.

I am the petitioner.

Actually guys, i'm almost at the 5 months mark, and January filers are calling USCIS and being told they are processing December 3rd right now, so don't get your hopes up too early. I know I did, and it's kinda crushing when you realize you still got a long way to go. Hang in there guys!

It is crushing me. It's agonizing knowing it could be next year until he's here because tsc won't work on petitions. I'm going back AGAIN on august 15th for 9 days-using the last of my vacation time. Within a few weeks of getting back I'll be calling them. There's no reason for this that I can see except illegals (no offense to them) getting their cases pushed ahead of ours. There's no way CSC can process a case in two weeks where someone at tsc who's case is being looked at takes over a month. It's utter BS. So come September I will be contacting my senators & representative & calling on a daily basis until they look at my case. I'm a persistent little thing.

I am the petitioner.

My fiancé bless him can sometimes let his low tolerance for patience take over he called USCIS today all they told him was he will receive a letter in the mail he said there was no mention made of what month they are processing. When he called back in April which was funny as he had misread what the NOA1 letter said they lady told him going by the info in front of her ours was moving rather quickly and we could be looking at August, I wont hold my breath on that if nothing has moved by late August I may just take a trip over

Ok, congrats to you & all, but this is clearly a thread marked tsc. None of us will see our cases touched for another 2-3 maybe 4 months & you're at the embassy? Please don't post stuff like that in a thread where people are clearly upset over feeling lost because we have no idea what's going on...but limbo & knowing we have months ahead of us. I know you're excited, I would be too. But tsc threads were made so we don't have to see CSC filers getting approved every 5 minutes. Edited by Jewels7377

Actually, the backlog got worse looking at Igor's chart, and my adjudicate date got pushed back again. Sucks for all of us but realistically, expect about six to seven months before you get your NOA2. Btw, this doesn't mean you can't call TSC after five months and start harssing the hell out of them.

However, I've seen some none expedites being approved for May, so you can get lucky. Cross your fingers and steady yourself for the wait ahead. Because even after NOA2, we still are not done and have another month or two before finally receiving the K1.

In my opinion you dont need troll this thread with this kind of comment knowing that a lot of people that are being processed in TSC are upset about the waiting.

Not cool and lack of empathy to anyone. Shame on you.

You sir, are an absolute jerk.

We clearly marked the topic TSC, as we do NOT want to read stupid updates like " I've submitted my petition 2 hours ago and i'm already at POE"

People here have been waiting for MONTHS at TSC and do not need you slamming your stupid CSC fast approval in their faces.

we KNOW CSC approves petitions fast. Thanks. We're aware. We're justa bunch of people trying to keep sane here while waiting over 5 months for the NOA2. So please stay away from TSC threads and stop being a jerk to other people.

Thanks.

This one's a troll. Don't give him/her the satisfaction of replying. See the thread they started titled 'CSC June and beyond'.

Thanks for your input JIJourney. Have a nice day.

Are you serious? That's so rude...why would someone want to troll in a forum that deals with peoples lives? Ugh...it's sad.
