Hey all,

We've been silently following the forums here for a while. Just wanted to give a shout out that we've been approved (NOA1: 4/1/14) - (NOA2:9/2/14). We were among those not transfered to CSC. Our thoughts are with all of you still waiting. We really hope you're all approved soon!! Hang in there!

Hi there. I've been on the "transferred to CA" message thread for a while now and just thought I would check in here for moral support. NOA1 4/17 and still nothing. I wanted to have my fiance here by December for a Christmas wedding (he's in UK - London interview). Is that impossible now? Sorry we are all still stuck. I called this week to discuss the weird notices of "transfer" that I've gotten this month and found them unhelpful.

Hi there. I've been on the "transferred to CA" message thread for a while now and just thought I would check in here for moral support. NOA1 4/17 and still nothing. I wanted to have my fiance here by December for a Christmas wedding (he's in UK - London interview). Is that impossible now? Sorry we are all still stuck. I called this week to discuss the weird notices of "transfer" that I've gotten this month and found them unhelpful.

My fiancé is London too. As long as you get your LND# from the NVC, & you have your passport & police certificate, you can schedule your medical before the consolate even receives the paperwork. Also, as soon as it says they've received it, you can fill out your ds160. You don't need to wait for the paperwork. The London guide is on this site-don't have the link handy-sorry. If you're prepared in advance, it can go quickly. I'm hoping it will for us, though Matt delayed in getting his passport...

We are also still waiting and also applying for the DR. Our NOA1 was April 3rd. :(

At least we are all in the same boat. I was patient until I started seeing so many approvals -- and LOTS after ours! :(

4-3-14 Text message from USCIS saying that case was received (NOA1) and transferred to Texas Service Center
4-3-14 Check Cashed
4-3-14 Alien Registration Number changed
4-7-14 Official Paper NOA1 received in the mail
8-11-14 Notice of Transfer to CSC
9-17-14 NOA2 received by e-mail and text message
10-09-14 NVC received
10-10-14 Case # assigned
10-15-14 NVC says "In Transit"

10-16-14 NCV says "Ready"
10-17-14 DHL says package delivered

10-18-14 Received Paper NVC notice (with fiance's first name spelled wrong)

11-9-14 Received appt letter

11-19-14 Received E-mail with interview date for 1-7-15

1-7-15 Interview - Approved but medical exam was not at consulate due to holidays
3-11-2015 Finally received visa.
8-8-15 Traveled to the US together. Arrived in Boston with no problems.

We're still waiting and I've been distancing myself more & more from here because of all the approvals. I get that we're lucky to have been transferred to CSC. But seriously..now it feels like we're back at TSC seeing all the speedy approvals at CSC. I think it makes it worse because we never received the transfer hard copy & then the bogus updates on the USCIS site the other day so I thought we were being approved & we weren't. I'm so ready to be done with all this. I'm ready for the process after he can be here because we can do it all together & there's no waiting to be together again.

04/23/2014- Mailed I-129F petition

04/24/2014- Arrived at Dallas lockbox

04/29/2014- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1: routed to Texas Service Center

05/01/2014- Received NOA1 hardcopy, Alien Registration # changed

08/08/2014- Text & email saying we were transferred to another center (from TSC to CSC)

09/22/2014- Received electronic NOA2 dated 9/19/2014

12/16/2014- Medical Exam

12/17/2014- Interview: APPROVED

01/17/2015- POE-Houston

03/07/2015- Got married!

03/26/2015- Mailed off Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document & Advanced Parole

04/06/2015- Personal Check cashed, electronic NOA1 for all three

04/13/2015- Received NOA1 hardcopies for all three dated 4/3/2015

thought I would let you all know checked our case we have an RFE I hope its something simple because I sent every piece of evidence I had with the help of vj members on here. Just feeling a little nervous have been down this path already :cry:

It never ceases to amaze me how many RFE's are issued for proof that was already sent to them. I sure am glad we don't have to trust our money with these people.

The good news is, you can get a fast reply to them and a subsequent approval rather quickly after that. You are very close.

Thank you Texasav8r I keep checking during the week in the hope I see you telling everyone you have an approval. I agree with you on the whole RFE its ridiculous lets just hope its a minor thing it would not surprise me if they want letters from friends and family of my fiancé saying they have met me something I was told not to include in our submission to USCIS. Good Luck to you too
