i864 prt3 item7 has to match

Sent on the i864 03/07 they have made me submit AOS over twice sense then just can't get it right. Saying part 3 item 7 must match part 3 item 1 through 6f which same number of immigrants reported on part3 line 7 must be the same number reported part 5 lime 1. Reprted 1 as my answer for all 3 but they still say it's wrong

If this is for your spouse, do not count your spouse twice. Leave the spouse box blank. She's already counted as the intending immigrant. You'll see a note in that section telling you not to count anybody twice. Obey the note. When sponsoring spouse, the spouse box stays empty.
