Nope, the only evidence you need is the marriage certificate. There are a bunch of other documents you need (copy of visa, passport stamp, passport pics) but no evidence of marriage is required.

Thank you all very much!

Also, I am filling out the I-864 and I have a couple quick questions:

I checked box 1.d (I am the only joint sponsor) but then at the bottom it asks you to calculate how many people you are sponsoring/your household size (it says in underlined all caps DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE) But in part 5 for household size I have to enter "1" into item 1 which asks me to enter the number of people entered in line 7 of part 3, but then underneath it in line 3 of part 5 it says enter 1 if you are married, which I am, hence the AOS. So should I mark a 1? If so, then it ends up looking like there are 3 people in my household, and line 8 asks me to add together lines 1 through 7 for total number in my household. If I did that it would end up being 3! What should I do!?!?!?!?!

Are you the USC petitioner/sponsor? If so, then you do not check box 1d. You are not a joint sponsor. You check box 1a.

As it says, you do not count anyone twice. Your spouse is the intending immigrant and the one being sponsored in the affidavit of support. Everyone listed under that says those not being sponsoring in this affidavit of support. You do not list them again there. Check out the example form > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-864.pdf
