Congratulations Cherry79. This should serve as a consolation to others not to lose hope just because an I/O ranted after the interview. God works miracles big time. I am a firm believer. I am also waiting for a decision or interview for my hardship waiver and I will not be surprised if I don't get called for an interview. All the best Cherry!

I apply I 751 for remove condition based on divorce waiver. I had attached following documents. Is that enough? I met with lawyer after completing my application. He told me that prepare yourself for interview.

Form I-751 waiver based on marriage entered in good faith but terminated through divorce.

A check for $590 payable from my checking account.

A copy of Final Divorce Decree.

A copy of my permanent resident card.

A copy of my national passport & U.S. Driving License.

A copy of our marriage certificate.

A copy of my & spouse U.S. Driving License.

Joint Health Insurance from Florida Blue from 05/01/2014 to 12/31/2014.

Joint Auto Insurance from Progressive for valid from 10/09/2013 to 04/09/2014.

Joint Auto Insurance from Progressive for valid from 04/0/2014 to 10/09/2014.

Joint Auto Insurance from Progressive for valid from 09/20/2014 till divorce date.

A copy of Joint Filed Tax Return for Year 2013, 2012.

A copy of my Tax Return for year 2014, Filed as single.

Copy of W-2 (Address Proof)

Joint Saving Account with the USA Saving Bank, for period of Jan -2014 to Till current date.

I filed another service request this week and called my congressman to follow up on my case.They asked for a copy of the receipt and said they were looking into it. We're waiting over here as well lol..

Hubby went for an extension stamp in passport about 2 weeks ago, he said they told him not to worry much and just wait. Also we were told that we might or might not get RFE/interview, basically nobody knows anything.

They told me the same thing. They are like robots telling the same thing over and over. No progress! 1 YEAR AND A WEEK - my journey continues!

still waiting here too, my son and I are going for an Infopass tomorrow to get an extension in our passports. Thanks for the info on needing the passport pic, I'll get one first thing tomorrow! we're sitting at a year and a week from our NOA too. I'm really hoping to get this over with soon, the passport stamp will only do for me for 2 months, cause my passport is expiring too.
