So here is the story.

Case recieved in May 5 2014 after six months with no response opened service request dated November 7th that it's outside processing time. I was told then to wait another 30 days. In December 7th opened another service request that those 30 days passed with no answer so I was told to wait 15 days and then in December 22 2014 we recieved RFE . We responded in feb 17th and on March 17th I opened service request because a month passed and didn't hear anything and today March 23th just got a massage saying that my card has been ordered. So after almost 11 months thankfully this nightmare is over.

Thanks to everyone in this forum and fast approvals to everyone.

P.s what I learned is open as many service requests as possible lollll

Woahh!!! Many congratulations Faith84. I think both of us got approved same time as we have the same receipt date.

I came home from work and guess what!! After 11 month of wait time I got approved, got a letter from them and a text message too!

Also USCIS has updated their website "Card Was Ordered To Be Produced On March 23, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX,

and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

NOA1 date: 05/05/2015 (May 5 2014)

Approval date: 03/19/2015

Hi everyone, I received APPROVAL letter few days ago on my mail box.

It was dated March 9, 2015.

I am very surprise that it took only 7 days for VSC to process my RFE. My RFE package was delivered on March 2, 2015, which was the deadline to response.

I'm preparing the form N400 now while waiting for the green card. Best Luck to all of you guys and thanks for your contribution to this forum. The timeline is extremely helpful. Thanks again.

Hi everyone, I received APPROVAL letter few days ago on my mail box.

It was dated March 9, 2015.

I am very surprise that it took only 7 days for VSC to process my RFE. My RFE package was delivered on March 2, 2015, which was the deadline to response.

I'm preparing the form N400 now while waiting for the green card. Best Luck to all of you guys and thanks for your contribution to this forum. The timeline is extremely helpful. Thanks again.

Hi, it went really stressful and unexpected, decision - denied, it was stokes interview, they split us and asked question to match answers, some of them match some not, obviously all people are live and have right for a mistake, but I guess not in this situation. Our main problem was that my husband didn't live with me past couple month because of his job promotion, he lived in different state and they said it looks like it's a fraud marriage, which is not truth. So the whole experience was like this:

We came an hour earlier our scheduled time, but we got call in after 2.15 hours wait. He called us in and at first he was so nice to us and said there is nothing to worry about our case and etc. he started asking us simple questions when we got married, how many years we have been married, full names. Than he asked for both of ours ID or drivers licenses ( we have different state drivers Licenses, cause we used to live in Missouri before and then we moved) I changed mine , because of school and my husband didn't change his. So after this officer said he will separate us for questioning just to make sure everything is good. After my husband walked out the nice and friendly officer became so serious and kind of mad and started asking me questions so fast and with really strong voice and attitude, than he said you don't live together and it's suspicious and he doesn't believe that why it's necessary for my husband to travel with work or why I cannot move with him wherever he goes. Well I was kind of confused what's happening and is it really happening to us, wooow. In the end of our conversation he said did I commit marriage fraud and I said absolutely not! I guess the part that we didn't have lawyer with us and we didn't have lawyer at all kind off messed up everything even worse. Anyway he asked my husband questions He asked me, some of them didn't match like: My husband was in United States Navy and I said in Army, so I guess it was a big deal, also I forgot one digit from my husbands cell number, and also I didn't know the address where my husband stayed his last trip. Well in the end he was trying to do same thing with my husband about fraud thing which was sooo redicilous. We said our marriage is a good faith marriage, but officer said, I'm denying your application today, soon you will receive letter to apper in the front of Immigration Judge in court. So now my question to all of you, have you heard any situations like this, if know I will hire a lawyer, but what's gonna happen next? How bad do you think situation is, I'm in college and I have job how can I continue all this without green card, I'm so frustrated. Also I was wondering did he had a right to tell me straight in the face like this " Tell me you marriage is a fraud!" He was saying this like he was torturing me.

I am sorry to hear about that. I don't think he can just deny you like that without sending you a NOID and you replying to it. I think you will receive a NOID first and you have a right to one and you will have a chance to debunk it. Then unfortunately thee will be more waiting after the NOID. So sorry about this but keep the faith until it is over. All the best!

I'm sorry to hear about that. However, the biggest mistake was that you did not hire a lawyer with you to the interview. If you had a lawyer, 99% the officer won't separate you guys. In addition, the questions the officer asked were pretty general and not tricky in my opinion (the office could ask you like what is the color of your wife/husband's toothbrush (???), what is her/his previous address(didn't even remember mine.) ).

Anyway, HIRE AN IMMIGRANT ATTORNEY TO APPEAL THE DECISION. (It may cost thousands but you don't want to save money this time) Best Luck

I am sorry to hear that. I am not sure how having the attorney at the interview helps. But you definitely need one now. I hope you can appeal it. Good luck and have faith!

evashallini as I see you are in Miami, do you know by any chance any good lawyer in this area? Any suggestions would be helpful and thank you for all your support!
