Service request# 3

Called USCIS and TIER2 had no clue as to why my case is taking so long. 91 days after the actual processing time. Asusal they took my info and a service request put.

Officer said May 5th 2015 my i751 will expire and USCIS should have a decision by then.

Responded RFE today and the expected delivery day is tomorrow Feb 28 Saturday.

Do you know if USCIS Vermont accept mails on Saturday?

If not it will be there on Monday March 2, which is the deadline for my RFE....

I think they do accept packages, the problem now is that the weather is making difficult to deliver, like I did overnight USPS and the tracking number said it was delivered two days later. My due date is also tomorrow.

That is interesting..

They didn't tell me about the case being expired after certain time when I called. The officer just said it'd take them another 120 days to make a decision. My file was sent aprox 2 weeks after yours..

I heard tht and when they did oath their i-751 was still pending case. Cant remember his vj I'd. But u will find it out if u try to search it

Still waiting here.

Sent in a response for RFE on January 19. Nothing since. We were hoping that this would be over before our child is born around April 16. Getting so disappointed, but realise and appreciate that USCIS must have its own reasons for the RFE and subsequent delay.

Hubby's window for N-400 will open Feb 22. We might just go ahead and put it in regardless of whether the i751 is adjudicated or not. Anyone here heard of someone who did that?

Smokey68, how did your interview go?

Hi i have bee trying to. get some one for week to updaye me nut no avail i am asking again RFE received on Dec 16 respond on Dec 20 ..got a letter to. Dated January. 30 received feb 7 for an interview on feb 26 ..has any who got a RFE got an interview and what should i expect ...oh and i should bring along to the interview. Tax return ,w2s bank statement ,cancelled check,pport,resident card,driver licience,lease or morgage aggrement,car insurance and registration, life insurance,utlility bill cable,light,water,phone,for the entirity of our marriage.and my spouse,,,dont think i miss anything

It's hard to believe almost half of May filers are still waiting for the approvals. I hope they just forgot to update.

When I got my NO1 , I checked other numbers. Kept checking them all the time and saw who and when got approved. But I still see 2 of them pending. I hope they are not members of this topic :cry:

I got my new green card 10 days ago and my category is wrong.. Its supposed to be IR-6 but it says IR-1 so i called up and got through to tier 2 with no wait time. He then put me on hold and finally decided that he thinks im right and that it is wrong.. They put in a service request and i may have to send it back. I just have to wait to be told what to do. Good news is that i do have it and i was able to FINALLY change my name on my SS card!

We haven't any updates as well over here.

So I send my RFE response in feb 17 and still haven't heard anything. On March 2 I called immigration and was transferred to a tier 2 officer who offered to make a service request. So when I log to my account it shows that in March 2 there was a service request created but so far nothing from them.

The funny thing is that the officer said after the service request it takes 15 days for a response and if I haven't heard anything then I should contact them but the customer service people say it takes 30 days to answer a service request.

I don't know who to listen to anymore and it's beyond frustrating all this wait.

I wish to hear good news soon for me and for everybody in this forum.

I called USCIS and made a service request couple of weeks ago. I was told by tier2 officer that i should be hearing from them before 14th of March.

So far nothing from them!!!
