Not entirely sure I know what you mean by package sent date.. the day I filed? We mailed it to them May 5th.

So, what happened to Sunshine after she was denied? is he going to court?

She got her divorce decree then re-filed. Im not sure all of the implications of this such as being allowed to work etc but it looks like it should all work out for her in the end since she now has the only thing that was missing.

O yeah! I called USCIS and they submit a service request. Couple of days after i got an email from USCIS asking me to wait for 60days until which they should have a response. But i highly doubt as recently i moved to California from New jersey and updated my address in their website.

I'll be flying to mexico next week for which I've been trying to get an infopass appointment but every time i try to book an appointment i get this message "At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later."

Wow, I really wish you the best of luck. Sometimes it seems like the people at immigration live inside a bubble and do not know how the procedures around them work, they want papers to prove everything, I guess that the way it is. So, are you thinking on going to the interview or will you try to call back to see if they can tell you what to do?

They actually called me this morning at 8am. I was sleeping so i didnt answer (i work until midnight). So i called back and left a ridiculous voicemail while still mostly asleep that made me sound like a total idiot. I left that at around 8:45. Then about 9am, i got a call from the judges secretary telling me my new divorce decree is complete and i can go pick it up. About 9:30, uscis calls me back again. The lady was really nice and pleasant sounding. She told me its fine to go alone and not to worry about the divorce decree if i cant sort it out. I told her i literally had just got the call that it was ready. She said bring it in and they will take a copy and advised me to bring originals of any documents i had given them copies of and she said anything i need back, ask at the interview and they will take a copy and return what i had sent back to me.

She had got all of that info directly from the interviewing officer and everything sounded as though it was just a formality rather than serious. Instead of dreading it and hoping the 12th would never come, im looking forward to it being over now!

It's only 13 days after they got my RFE package . I guess it's too early to do anything yet. In 4 days it's going to be 9 months since the beginning of this ridiculous waiting game.

Found an email from our lower. He received approval notice by mail today !!! It's late to find out exact approval day, but he mentioned its under 2 weeks since we mailed the RFE.

My case online is not updated, and we got nothing in mail. Next week I'll be sleeping by the mailbox Having champagne with my darling

I got it along with many other May filers. But mine specified tax copies. They asked for the transcripts ( we originally mailed copies). We also got no biometrics. We didn't even know we have to wait for them.

We were nervous too. Who would not be ??? But I also was upset I didn't know about this forum before filing. I began reading this forum in July. Very quick I understood we might get RFE. Only with help of this forum we gathered so much evidence. Our lower never mentioned we could add dog insurance policies. Who would think about it ? This forum is a treasure. We replied to the RFE with 25 categories of documents ( each of them either monthly or yearly). Pile was so big, that our lower measured if it would fit in the shipping box. If we would know all the stuff is suitable as evidence in May ... but any way, it's the not time to be upset, its time to celebrate.

I hope you'll get yours on Monday. Believe me, we were not prepared to find this email on Saturday late night. When my husband said there is an email from our lower ( he already checked what it said), I almost got the heart attack thinking its an interview letter ! While I was reading it, he opened the champagne
