After verifying the address, name and DOB.

The officer: The case is still processing, once the decision is made, it will be mailed to you.

Me: I have been waiting for 7 months, how long do I have to wait?

The officer: the case is processing, it takes 6-10 months.

Me: I know, but ....do I get RFE?

The officer: so far no action is required for you case, it is processing, it takes 6-10 months

So we filed for removal back in May. Our checked got cashed two weeks later and received a letter in the mail saying we had a year extension. Since then we haven't received anything. We're located in Georgia. Anyone else having this issue?

Nope. Not one letter about anything other than the 1yr extension, which I think is something automatically sent out to anyone removing conditions.

got my card yesterday, It took only two days since the USCIS sent me the update saying it was sent! now the wait begins till I can become a citizen!!! hope everybody gets good news very soon!! maybe some as a Christmas present, best wishes to everyone!!

I am in Georgia too. I got my RFE two days ago.

I haven't received an RFE. I sent in almost two years worth of monthly credit card statements, car insurance policy, almost two years worth of monthly bank statements and taxes to show we filed jointly. The statements are just to show we actively use the accounts. Didn't worry with sending photos. Also didn't bother with the cover letter. I think compared to others, our info is pretty bare. Hoping all the documents I sent will speak for themselves.

Hi everyone. I don't know how so can someone add me to the list we sent in the package on 5/10/14 the NOA was dated 5/12/14. We were told my bio was current on 6/23/14 and ever since then we have just been waiting. I called USCIS about 2 days ago and was was told my a very tier 2 rep that I should wait until January and that he will not be putting in a service request for me I need to be patient. So i guess we are just waiting. I went online to check the processing times which have gone back to saying 6 months so I tried to do the request online but it wouldnt go thru so I guess all we can do is wait.

With all holidays coming, I don't think we'll see any progress until January. It's so sad and unfair. Especially now June is getting approvals, some July too. April and May got stuck in unfortunate situation
