Approved!! Date of decision: 11/29.2014 :rolleyes: "You should receive your Permanent Resident Card, Form I-51 (green card) within 60 days."

Was that confirmation through USCIS website or through post??

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

Yes, well they are asking me to submit somethings that I already submitted, such as tax return, car insurance together, credit cards statements and affidavits. Whats is kinda crazy is that they are asking for military forms and IDs, but I sent them a letter from the Marines saying that my wife was discharged. I did not send lease together because my wife was at the military base in California by then, so they are asking for it.

They are asking for things, they really give a list so I guess I can choose anything from there that I have, they say life insurance, health insurance, will, power of attorney, assets together, cars in both names, bank statements, bills together....

Hi ayuki_nill,

We were asked to submit prior bank statements (since we originally only submitted one month) and utility bills. My husband does not have any utility bills under his name which I stated in both cover letters. I also submitted one credit card with both of our names on it and pictures of our recent vacation. I'm kind of worried the whole "utility bill" thing may be a problem, but we'll just have to put everything in God's hands and hope for the best!

No approvals for so long. And too many RFE letters. VCS lost their mind :protest: Loosing hope to be done by the end of December :sleepy:

The letter specifically states not to resend paperwork you originally sent it. That's why I just re explained myself in the cover letter I sent it. Also, I did send in both of our license's; which have our mailing address. I'm hoping this is sufficient.
