ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Congrats to all of those who have been approved!

I had to change my address recently and the online form wasnt working for me for some reason so i had to mail the AR-11 and call them. Tier 1 could also not get it to change so tier 2 had to call me back and do it. They changed it and put an extra digit in there! So once the confirmation came and i discovered it wrong, i called back and tier 1 was able to change it again that time.

Also i asked if there is any news on my case yet and she informed me that they are processing cases from March 24th 2014 as of yesterday, 10/16/14. So we are getting closer!

CR-1
07-01-2011 : Married

05-10-2012 : I-130 Mailed to London (DCF)
05-11-2012 : I-130 Delivered and signed for at Embassy
05-18-2012 : NOA1 Email
07-26-2012 : NOA2 (69 days)
07-28-2012 : NOA2 hard copy received
08-10-2012 : LND Case number received. Letter dated 08-07-2012
08-15-2012 : DS-230 and DS-2001 mailed to Embassy
08-23-2012 : Medical
09-14-2012 : Emailed Embassy and confirmed DS forms have finally been logged (After 29 days)
09-22-2012 : Interview letter received. Dated September 19th.
10-03-2012 : Interview - Approved!
NOA1 to Interview - 138 days.

Hi everyone,

I am a May filer for a I-751 to Vermont Service Center, and like many of you, have been waiting and waiting.

I would like to add my info to the list also, but I don't understand what "CURRENT" means in the biometrics column. If it is posted somewhere, I can't find it. Anyone care to educate me?

Our information is:

sent I-751 package: 05/09/14 to Vermont Service Center

NOA receipt: 05/15/14

Biometrics ???

The I-797 NOA stated that we would be contacted for biometrics appointment, but no notice has ever come.

When I enter our receipt number in the USCIS case status page, it returns no information, saying that the case cannot be found. I understand this indicates that a biometrics appointment letter was not sent yet; it didn't get lost in the mail.

For those of you who have "current" biometrics, did the NOA state that new biometrics were not needed?

Today I mark 6 months waiting since NOA on May 5th with no answer. I was wondering if I should call them or just give it another month. What do u guys think?
