_{I am a may flier how do I go about putting up a timeline its been awhile. I haven't gotten a biometrics appointment for my husband yet I am wondering has anyone from the Vermont service center received one???}

Call USCIS and request to talk to a tier 2 rep! they should be able to let you know about your biometrics!

So guess what came in the mail today? My biometrics letter with a cover letter in regards to the service request I lodged via phone on 27th June! The letter is dated 2nd July but post marked 10th July...today is the 14th - 2 days notice for appointment if I had not called last Friday. Crazy!

Wow I was looking at the April forum and wow Vermont is taking forever! They also have 0 approved hopefully this changes quick! Congratulations everyone that has been approved!

They're moving, slowly. Almost 50% of January filers have been approved. Sill 0% for Feb, March, April and, of course, May.

Yup Thanks Happy Forever.

I had a thought as to why mine went so quick all of a sudden,when I finally got them to do a service request as I had not received my Bio letter,the guy asking the questions made a big issue when I told him my wife is retired military,his words were "We will be sure to put that down"

I got my Bio apt letter for 7/8 soon after,then on 7/11 I had a text msge and email and my status changed to card production.

I have no idea if the two are linked maybe just coincidence

I see that almost everyone from may got a biometrical appointment, the USCIS officer i spoke on the phone today said they will not send it because they don't do it anymore, and they just use the previous one... I guess i better get an InfoPass

Now I have two questions, If i will not receive a biometrical, Is there anyway for me to check the status on the web as I know we should use the number on the biometrical notice? And, should I receive any paperwork stating my biometrical is still current?

Call USCIS again and request to talk to tier 2 rep! they should be able to provide you with your new case# that was generated when your f/prints (biometrics) were uploaded (made current)! That's the number to use for your case status check on the web!

And, should I receive any paperwork stating my biometrical is still current? Technically you should! Some people do receive that notice and some don't !

Hi all!

I AOS March 2012, all went good and I got approved AOS june 2012. I sent my ROC papers May 7th, and I got an email today saying my card is in production . I am so happy! I did not need biometrics!

My question is: how long after I get the email saying my card is in production do I actually get the new card? Thanks
