On May 20, 2014, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Got my biometric today. My appointment is on July 17.

And my application number on my biometric appointment is the same with my NOA1. So, when I check my status, it said 'your case can not be found'. #######?

Or do I have to go for my biometric appointment first then I'll be able to check it?

Congrats Sefora im still wondering why some Bio's are current and some not

Hi twinspits, I had my adjustment of status here in the US and bio was done here as well 2 years ago.

So probably that's why but seems like the June Filers are getting their bio letters.

Not sure why there was a change for April and May filers to have their Bios waived.

Updated the bio dates. Really weird how they finally send us some bio appointments, like 1 month late.

Weird!! My number on my bio letter is different, and it works when I check the case status online...

So you received your interview notice before you do biomtrics? They probably just need a new photo and index finger print for the GC like me...

But that's the point of biometric, right? Or is there something that I don't understand? Did you receive an interview letter, too?

Usually you would do biometrics before they send out an interview notice. In your case, I think they just need a new picture for your GC. When i did my bio, they told me my finger prints are current, they just needed a new photo.

You should definitely call them. You should be able to track your case with the number on your bio notice.

I got NOA 5/12/2014

We almost 2 months now since and NO biometrics letter (I know my prints are Current) but WTH ?!?! I can't even check my status online....
