The check finally processed this morning. Well I guess they must have done it on friday because I only saw it about an hour ago which was 6:00am and I had been checking ever since the package was delivered on May 28th.Anyways I am excited because this means NOA will be here soon.

Were we suppose to send PP size photo with our package? It didn't say on the instruction sheet

Question: since the decided not to have people do the biometrics again, are they gonna give the $85 biometric fee back?

I was wondering about this too! Im not going to count on them giving us anything back...

One person asked that also on the April filers thread. I think they should but I doubt they would do it.

Don't even waste your time thinking about it or calling USCIS to return your money. Its waste of time they wont return your money back.

I was wondering which photo they gonna use for 10 yr GC if they do not require to do biometrics now for some of us.

Do they gonna use the same photo which would be 2 yrs old that we have on our conditional GC ? or they gonna send RFE for recent pp size photos? By the way I sent 2 pp size photos with my package just in case even though it was not required.

I'm in the same boat and this is a recent change from USCIS not calling people for Biometrics.

I guess they gonna use the photo used for Conditional GC.

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

I sent my packet out on the 29th. According to tracking, they will be receiving it tomorrow.

I mailed the I751 for my wife on may 21, and it was received may 22. The check was cashed on may 30. Just recieved my NOA1 today (june 2) dated May 23. Please add me to list! and so the waiting begins.....again! :(

But they must have changed some things....when we filed the IR/CR1, it went through the CSC...but USCIS website had me send the I 751 to VSC!! Oh, joy! :(

I'm okay if they didn't refund the biometric fee as long as they mail me a letter saying that my biometric is current.

What I'm not okay is when I need to call them to inquire about my biometric letter because they left me hanging, wondering what ever happened to my biometric letter.
