Sorry to interject in the race war above but back to topic...

It's sad that this still happens in Spain, the one time in the last 10 years that I witnessed someone shout a racist comment at a football game in England someone offered to knock the offender out and the racist was escorted from the stadium and banned from attending again. That kind of action needs to happen wherever these incidents occur.

Edit- Have just seen Villareal have banned the guy for life, good, name and shame him too as it's the only way these people learn.

I do believe that countries should take a more harsher stance on this type of behavior. Nobody should have to suffer through this. Good he will not be able to attend the games anymore. I hope he believes his behavior was worth this.

Criticizing AMERICAN modern Black culture is not the same as hating Black people..... not sure why you don't get that.

You do realize you're criticizing an entire culture consistently to a bunch of folks who have no stake in the black community? Why do you talk so much about it here when 1. there's only 3 active black members on this forum and 2. those three black people aren't in any way shape or form like the culture you despise?

If you take an issue with the culture, go out and volunteer at a shelter for black kids. Talk to some on your free time(like I do) or start a campaign somewhere. Because from where I'm sitting and what I've seen you post, you have an issue with black people, and you've been called out on it quite a few times.

He is going to post all of the charity organizations he donate to as well as pictures of him with black children while he was working hard to improve their environment in the classroom and at home. I would love to hear of his overseas teaching experiences in developing countries as well as in Spain.

10 years ago I thought things could change.... now it would seem the race solidarity is so strong..... I mean even here on Vj there are what would seem like educated, reasonable African Americans, yet with any event concerning race, the defense of nearly all things black is the knee jerk reaction.

Even after white people put the "first Black man in the white house" we still hear about the "pervasive, extensive" number of racists in the country (though in reality we are rated as one of the LEAST racist countries)

What am I doing to help?

Of course my tax returns might speak louder than anything else. (and this year it hurt).

But why do you ask me that question.... why it is assumed it is my role in life to "help" Blacks or anyone else for that matter?

Why assume I was put on this earth to work for the benefit of those who had every opportunity that I did... in some ways more.

I highlight with statistics the destruction of the Black community is rooted in the destruction of the family..... you pipe right up and refute this with a success story here or there.

News flash for ya.... they are "your people" (as the attorney general reminded us) the responsibility is on you first. What are you doing?

I don't even see a sizable number of Black folks in the wealthy 1st world doing anything to help the plight of blacks in Africa.

I'll bet anything I have sent more money to feed hungry kids in africa than 99% of Black americans (and I have not sent all that much).
