Belgium people that applied for K1 visa?

Hi,

I'm looking for some help with getting vaccination records from other Belgians?

I know I have received all needed vaccines but I need to find the proof, I was wandering how other Belgians did this?

03/18/15: Send application

03/22/15: Application received

03/25/15: NOA 1 emails/texts

04/13/15: biomnetrics appointment letter

04/16/15: successful biometrics appointment

06/10/15: Received email - EAD picked up by post office!

06/11/15: Received EAD

06/18/15: Received interview notice in the mail for July 20th 2015 (was send on 06/12/15)

Worst case: get them again. A minor waste of money but not the end of the world.

I only had the typical "vaccination cards" that the doctor gives you after you get a shot. If you have such a card but not all vaccinations are listed, just write in the ones that you remember you've had. Worked for me.


PS see one of my old threads (2008?) for information about the "militia certificate" (or something like that), which is specific to Belgium in that it is required but does not exist :).
